The expansion and refurbishment of Castle Towers included the contemporary fresh food marketplace anchored by a bustling Coles Supermarket. For shoppers wishing to dine in, a brand-new food court offers a variety of local and international fare; the ceilings and upholstery in this space have been formed through artwork by Oliver Watts, who has taken inspiration from the surrounding local landscape.
